Daisy Hollow Farm started making our own maple syrup from the Sugar Maple trees on our property in the spring of 2016.  We use this maple syrup in the making of our three varieties of our organic granolas.  We also use the honey produced here on the farm in our granolas.

We offer maple syrup for sale in our store year-round.  This syrup is produced on Millrace Farm which right over the hill in Marathon, NY.  When we produce enough of our own syrup, we will offer it for sale on a regular basis.  See sizes and price list here.
