This bar is loaded with all the goodness honeybees can give us! Raw honey and beeswax from our neighbor's bee hives make this bar for the bees!
Honey is a wonderful additive to soaps, it imparts a light, warm, sweet scent, the added sugar content helps increase the lather, and acts as a humectant. A humectant is a compound that attracts moisture to itself and helps retain the moisture. It's also a detoxifier and it's loaded with antioxidants. After using body products with honey your skin feels extremely soft and supple. Beeswax helps lock in the moisture!
A blend of Rosemary, Lemon, and Tea Tree essential oils lend a warm, somewhat earthy scent to this bar. The addition of oatmeal helps to lightly exfoliate skin.
Ingredients:
Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Palm Oi, Sodium Hydroxide*, Castor Oil, Beeswax, Oatmeal, Honey, Essential Oils
*Used during the Saponification Process to turn oil into soap.
None remains in the finished product.
All real soap is made with saponified oils.
